REFUND POLICY

Returns & 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand fully behind SKIN+. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your results, you may return your product within 90 days of receiving your order — even if it has been opened and used.

To arrange a return, please contact us at skineuropeshop@gmail.com. Our customer care team will guide you through the process. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.

Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product. We will assess the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Where items arrive faulty or incorrectly supplied, return postage costs will be covered by SKIN+.


Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

Whilst our 90-day guarantee covers opened and used products, the following items remain non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending anything back.


Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain a different item is to return your original product and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order separately.


Lost or Stolen Parcels

SKIN+ cannot accept liability for parcels that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please contact your delivery carrier directly using the tracking details provided.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the amount to your account.


Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Under these regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Our 90-day guarantee goes above and beyond this legal minimum as a reflection of our confidence in the product.
